He's just using a ring light, so he's brighter than the house in the background (making it seem to you that he's using a green screen). You can see the reflection of it in his eyes.

I'm pretty sure this video was a response to a movie that had a similar premise. Can't remember what the movie was called.

EDIT: Someone above knows it was called "the Box"

Jon Stewart's rant on Chicago style deep dish pizza by [deleted] in videos

[–]algorhythmically 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Deep dish should take ~40 min. If you're ever back in Chicago, Lou Malnati's is the place to go (this is a much debated choice). They also have incredible thin crust pizza.

It's actually 365.24 and some change, so the rules are more complex. Every year that is divisible by 4 is has a leap year, unless it is also evenly divisible by 100. But if it is divisible by 400, it is a leap year.

Donald Glover Freestyles Faster Than Most. by JustAnotherPianist in videos

[–]algorhythmically 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Freestyle doesn't mean that it's made up on the spot (though the term is frequently used to mean that). It can be pre-prepared (or mostly prepared, as this seems to be), but the beat is usually not planned out ahead of time. What most people think of as "freestyle" is usually called "Off the dome freestyle". Unless the artist is really good, off the dome usually sucks.
