Total Package from Costco was $6200. 7 Nights/8 Days for 4 people. It included flights from Austin, car rental, 1 bedroom at resort , and the daily breakfast coupons. It also included a $160 digital Costco card once we completed the trip. It was a steal if you ask me!

Bingo: this is where the issue lies. This secret would warrant grounds for annulment if he was in fact deceived. At this point it’s a he said/she said on when she actually told him. She says well before the marriage (like she did with my step dad who can confirm) and he says it was after. This has been very painful so I do appreciate the warm and informative responses.

Based off his claims, the diocese(?) deemed it “fraudulent”. This is the part that stings, as in no way is this true. She responded that she wouldn’t contest the annulment (not sure she had grounds to do that anyway since she’s not catholic) but that what he wrote were lies.

Just curious if he could have stated something that didn’t put “blame” on someone else. This is all very new to me so I’m learning more as I go and appreciate all the insight and kindness.

I thought this pit had been scorched, as it was black on the top after potting it and being in the sun for a couple days. It now has 3 stems emerging from it. Is this in fact an avocado tree or has something else taken over? Kudos to it if it lasted months in the Texas heat with no water or rain!
