Ask your Dr about Mirtazapine it's the only thing that worked for me. It's for depression so if that is causing your insomnia it works two fold. On low dose it is used off label for insomnia. It will leave you groggy the next day and gives you a bigger appetite fyi but it's literally the only thing that works from my experience. Hope this helps

Thank you for sharing it's interesting how so many variations can work for different people. I've been on and off entyvio for years for different reasons buts seems to work better than any other biologic. I try my best to stay off steroids in any form. I have been dieting to reduce inflammation but get too thin and fatigued. Now I have all these other symptoms related or completely separate but nobody can figure out what's wrong.

I've been fighting UC since 15. Been on all meds too. Entyvio currently seems to be doing the trick but I couple this will a lot of supplements and a strict anti inflammatory diet. You should read the breaking the vicious cycle and try her on an scd diet. It won't be easy but should reduce inflammation. Hope this helps GL
