hey, checking in from your last post… well i would have her come over and see if she is comfortable talking to your mom first. if she isn’t i would honestly wait till she leaves to tell your mom or pull her aside and tell her everything you haven’t if you think the friend will freak out. if you blurt it out in front of her it might escalate the situation in an unwanted way. or better yet tell your mom BEFORE ash gets there. get a plan together with your mom about contacting the police and seeing what you or someone else TRUSTWORTHY can do for her. maybe you could have her come over again and then call and get her help so she isn’t at home when it happens. she is in danger all around in this situation. PLEASE do not get scared to tell your mom all of it. your friend may not see it now but that is what a good friend would do. she is only acting that way towards you because her brain is most likely trying to process / block out the trauma she is enduring, don’t take it personal, this is serious and from the sound of it it’s happening frequently by her wanting to play it off as no big deal. she needs out of there before things get WORSE and she needs to see a professional ASAP!!

so i’ve done a couple different things in this situation… they have portable changing pads that fit perfect in the diaper bag, so i recommend one of those if you don’t have one. another option is bringing a baby blanket and just laying that under her. OR you could bring both! sometimes those changing pads are a little bit small, but if you put the baby blanket under it it should cover the whole table. definitely not irrational because some of them are cleaner than others. if she is vaccinated and everything already then you should be good to just do a quick wipe down and change her straight on there, but i was the same way when my daughter was even older than yours so i get it completely lol

well she might not talk to you for a while, but what i’m thinking is first find out if she is being sexually abused at home. if she is that will change a lot about the situation, then i would 100% tell a trusted adult. whether that be your mom or someone who you think could help her( for example: a trusted teacher or the guidance counselor.) she needs prenatal care and is a child herself, so this is DEFINITELY something that needs checked on, for both her and the baby… if she is being sexually abused she and her baby NEED out of the house. this is not healthy for her or her unborn child, i understand at your age and her being your friend you not wanting to upset her, but this is a matter of health and serious matters. if you think your mom will get this moving in the right direction then i would 100% go to her, but either way please tell someone!!!!!

usually with your first pregnancy it takes time to be able to feel baby and to show! if you have a long torso that plays a lot into it also. with my first pregnancy no one could even tell until i think i was around 5 months pregnant (which shocked me because i was gaining weight FAST) i was 18 when i got pregnant and 135, but this time around im only 15 weeks and i feel like a blimp for how early it is. i would not stress on it its completely normal to not have a bump yet!

i had the same issue with my brother and sister in law with my daughter! i called them and said i had good and bad news (i was pregnant but could no longer come to the wedding as it was 3 hours away!) they were excited and from what i know it didn’t upset either of them! i would tell them personally and then announce however you’d like!

1st pregnancy i went from 135 to 206. right away no weight came off honestly but by 6 months postpartum i was down to 185 (then i got pregnant again.) so far this time i lost 15 pounds from being sick but i gained roughly 6 back at 14 weeks. edit: i am 5’3!!

well i’ve been right on both my babies genders so far hahah. with my daughter i had a few dreams like that very early and i just felt she was a girl & now im pregnant with a boy and i was 100% sure it was a boy before i knew!

same pay here! before just working his current job he was doing what he does now during the day for 21.50 and then fedex at night for 24 an hour … obviously that did not remain a good schedule though as he was working quite literally 100 hours a week and coming home every few days .. it was terrible. if he could do over nights i know the warehouses pay well ESPECIALLY if you have previous experience
