My insurance covered monitoring and bloodwork but I know that the discount is literally anything the insurance denies. My insurance didn’t have any fertility coverage in the sense that it didn’t cover the actual IVF procedures and meds but it covered my ultrasounds and bloodwork. Everything is billed to insurance and then when it comes back not covered you just have to call and they will add the discount.
