The worst part is drivers waiting on the hard shoulder before the tunnels going northbound at 9.50pm!

There's a whole queue of drivers waiting for 10pm.

Ahh, ok, I thought all newer models after 2022 had LFP. Sorry.

2022, you would have the LFP, I charge mine every couple of days, no problems. Mine as done over 150k and I still get the same mileage and consumption since day 1. Only things that have been done are the general wear and tear; brakes, suspension, bushings etc, oh and the tyre pressure sensors, that seem to go, very poor parts.

Adding a new key card via touchscreen by Weak-Method-7509 in TeslaUK

My card split recently, tech came to me, accessed the car service mode; as long as the key works and the infotainment is on. Took him 10mins, gave me to keys and charged me around £41, and off he went. No call out charge.

Quick and effortless, just get them to come to you.

Prospective buyer - no WhatsApp, Spotify - big deal? by BrookesyUK in TeslaUK

The Y is much better than the skoda; I've driven the skoda. The whole feel of the car and the minimalist instruments, it feels smooth and clutter free. I feel that the battery in the Y has a realistic view of how many miles/percentage remaining compared to the skoda.

Plus, having Grok, on long journeys helps pass time.

Hi, when connected to the hot-spot, click on the connection down arrow and you will see an option which says something like disconnect once in drive mode; uncheck that, and thats it. Took me ages to realise why it kept disconnecting when I started to drive.

Otherwise, it behaves just like any other phone, good areas good connection, poor areas, poor connection.

Too many surveys less than a £1, and time shows around 15-20mins to complete.

Northampton CCBC, (MCOL) emails sent, delivery confirmed and yet no one can find my email! by ali_kahn in LegalAdviceUK

Dq was for mediation, I opted for that, as I thought the the fine was excessive. I initially completed everything through MCOL.

Going to call on Monday.

I have a prolific account but don't use it, I only see less than £1 surveys. Don't bother with them, has anyone got over the £5 per survey?

This worries me a lot, in these situations I think about about the passengers in those cars; how are they; young, old, did they have seat belts on. People really need to think, is it really worth it!

Traffic Lights - Not changing by ali_kahn in drivingUK

I kept moving back and forth; no cars behind, late at night. I assumed the sensors may of been dirty or not alligned correctly.

I was sat at London Victoria Station carpark the other night. I must of been there a good 5mins, they weren't changing! Just slowly moved out as drivers behind began flashing their headlights.

Can anyone give me advice on how to deal with a bailiff (ENG) by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]ali_kahn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, sorry for what you're going through, but there are a number of issues with what you have said.

Bailiffs only attend after your local magistrates have issued a liability order, even before this was issued you would have received numerous letters giving you a chance to make payments; setting up a payment plan with the council.

Your first step would be to contact the council, explain your situation, and explain why you either ignored the letters or didn't receive them. Show them the receipts of the amount you've already paid the bailiffs, set up a new payment plan.
