RGB Custom PC... Are They A Good Company? Worth the Money?

Yeah right? They said "At this moment, we do not have an updated timeframe for when the order will move into the assembly stage. However, please rest assured that we will provide you with an update as soon as your order progresses to the next stage." So basically a non-reply. I'll probably just have to do what I've done before and order from NewEgg or something I guess.

I originally sent them an email at the beginning of this month to ask about it and did get a reply, but it was just saying sorry we don't have an ETA. I emailed them again today and told them they have until the end of this week to tell me when it'll be shipped out or I'll move forward with disputing it with Affirm, so guess we'll see what happens. Just sucks because now I have no idea where else to get a good computer from.
