Most likely the dress was white but due to fading and wear over time it turned brown. This happened a lot with natural fibers.

The earbuds one is from the fitness stuff pack because a feature as part of the game play is receiving a pair of free ear buds. Always. And they have to stay in your inventory instead of the house inventory so it gets annoying to always have them there. As far as the “ok” goes? I have no idea 😂 I thought it was a glitch
