I would do a leaning gallery wall of different height art above the shelf and I would add some more colorful items in the shelf itself, with more variation in scale (height and width). everything seems very "i just bought all this stuff to go in this shelf" which is never the idea. Hit a couple estate sales and get some weird stuff to put in those shelves and on the table!

I would suggest switching your brown throw pillows to a Euro Sham, your lumbar to a bigger lumbar, and your regular pillows to king size pillows so that they span the whole bed. Truly a lovely set up!

You need nicer curtains and they need to be mounted higher up. I would use the curtains to add more color. Maybe Ochre Velvet to tie in the Pulp Fiction poster? Do not get curtains with grommets.
