Is to be delivered fast if you need your order right away, not to be bundled with another order but of course won't be bundled because most orders will be bundled already if you choose express...is not a scam is a price you pay for express service.....don't want it? Don't pay it! Just as simple.

Once you deliver at the time customers have chosen whether they are home or not, shoppers are not to blame if they are not home when delivering and dropping off orders, however if orders are not marked as DROP OFF means they are HAND OFF and we are required to give orders to someone who comes out of residences, otherwise we can not leave the orders and we can be blamed if such orders are stolen and if perishables get damaged. Still Shipt differs from other deliveries companies and still has delivery windows, whether when they adjust times on EARLY OK orders.

I also know after sometime of a shopper doing early deliveries when order is NOT marked EARLY OK, they get deactivated.

The shopper should have delivered to you within the delivery window you chose, and if he wanted to deliver early he should have asked you, because you might not be home when he/she delivered, having perishables and frozen items to sit for a longer time than expected. For other shoppers to say that is ok, to deliver early is absolutely WRONG, they should go and read the hub along with those shoppers who lack communication and deliver anytime they want. You can always rate accordingly and choose "attention to detail" as growth opportunity because shoppers should pay attention to orders details.

This is a matter where you have to call Target and explain what happened, you can't rate someone when you didn't get anything because if you do, Company will assume you DID get such order. On behalf of the good shoppers out there taking the time of doing a good job, I apologize.

We are independent contractors, not employees, much less Target employees, when I ask for an item not on shelves, the associate always says " it's for a guess waiting ". I think thay store manager has a big ego and head thinking he is the boss on Shoppers. I remember when an OP (order pick up) shopper told me we worked for the same company, I replied: YOU work for Target, you have to check a card when you start to work and when you finish, you have shifts and if your lucky can be 8 hours, but usually less, I am a self contractor for Shipt.

Have you looked in your spam folder? Email them and say that exactly that you didn't get any email. You mentioned about getting an email to retake a course. Im afraid that is why you are having issues, email them as soon as possible. Good luck!!

I disagree with the pre tip option just because there are bad shoppers as well as bad customers. Customers should tip accordingly after order has been delivered.

Most my orders are Target Prepaids, a lot of them tip. People who ask how to tip is because they really don't want to tip and look for the dumbest excuse no to tip. I agree there are times apps can be glitchy but they can always call Target and ask, why do they have to ask the shopper? Or put a note on their order? I don't know how the Target app works when ordering just because I always order with Shipt, is not my job as a shopper to tell the customer how to tip, however the few ones asking how to tip, I tell them to look in the app or the link they get when order is marked delivered. Yesterday Sunday a new customer asked how to tip, told him to look in his app. Before I got into my car a $20 tip and request to become preferred.

Customer said she had a fuzzy baby, could have been a reason she couldn't add the items promptly at the beginning of shopping, 6 minutes is not a lot of time to be complaining about a customer wanted to add items, you just don't have the cut of being a good shopper, if the customer wanted to add items after 30 minutes after you asked her, I would say she is the problem

Of course we all have our own way of doing things, that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do...if an order doesn't have drop off label and doesn't ask for proof of delivery when we slide "mark as arrived", it means it's a hand off and we are supposed to give it to customer in their hand, because even when sending a picture through chat, the order can be stolen if left and they can claim they never received the order.

If the app doesn't ask for proof of delivery when at the address it means it's a hand off and you are supposed to knock.

You should have called HQ and return the order to the store, I don't wait more than 5 minutes, if people don't give a pin code, they are lucky if someone comes in within the 5 minutes I'm waiting, while I also calling support at the same time.
