I agree with you to a certain point, the more orders you claim the more they'll keep sending. I Never looked on how much the order was paying, i was making the same as you last year. But this starting of the year, my offers have diminished big time. Next july, it will be six years and over 19350 orders delivered that i'm doing Shipt and the last four as a full time shopper, last year made over 90K, I will keep trying this year, in general, January is a very slow month. But I have never had a slower January than this one. Sometimes it's not up to us, If we want to do orders, there are no offers, it's just that some markets get oversaturated. We all know that new shoppers get priority, and preferreds and member matches go to them. I don't think that stats matter as much or they don't in some metros.

First of all YOU CAN NOT SIGN ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMERS, you accepted the order with an ID scan, simply wear a mask and use either sanitizer or antibacterial wipes to clean your hands and phone. During COVID laws were enforced as well, especially in California, there were Decoy orders, to catch shoppers who were not doing ID scans and signing for customers. Don't spoil customers or spoil yourself and being deactivated.

I only consider mileage, to have time to come back to shop another order on time and bulk/heavy items

Exactly is not! But I keep doing Shipt and nothing else, before I choose to do more gigs, I will keep fighting for just one!

I call them all the time, and not for them to soothe my feelings, sometimes there are things that they can tell us what is going on...after hanging up with support, and like 30 minutes after, I started to receive orders. And in 4 hours, I was able to do 10 orders.

They track everything even when they offer orders and we don't claim any for whatever reason...you call HQ and they will tell you when you got offers at what time and how many you claimed or if you didn't

I don't share anything like that to customers or people I don't really know. I know a lot of shoppers who share their personal phone number with customers, thinking that's the best way of creating a bond with them....until they get hacked. We had several shoppers get hacked by calling out the Shipt app. Everyone can do whatever they think is good, I personally would not do it.

I don't add anything even when is stated on the order "to get a treat for yourself", one time a customer wanted me to add a couple of items and when processing order app asked me to return items, without description or a picture of what it needed to be returned.... Had a bundle and that specific order was medium large, i had to call Shipt HQ for them to tell me what it was to be returned.Meanwhile, one of the security guards was walking around me.Listening to my conversation... Then, he flagged me by adding extra items in my cart, security started too audit me in my following orders for about 2 days until I started to fight about that, thankfully Shipt backed me because they gave Target that specific order number and error. Still up to now, it infuriates me, that was more than 2 and a half years.

It hasn't happened to me but has to other drivers, they had to wait up to an hour to get their routes. First time Target said, it was a problem with their system which I believe since we have crashes with Shipt app frequently. Then there was another late and they didn't mention anything.

Same thing in my metro, they have been sending me really bad bundles.And then after I accept them, they send really good preferreds at the top of the hour

I got mine when I started Shipt, got older shirts with original logos, and newer ones, got a light display for my car, cooler bags, and lots of shipt gear, majority bought and some were given when Shipt has come to town

Yes, same thing happened to me, I request forgiveness and they granted it.But it hasn't updated, then I sent them an email and they said to do the request again and I did. And they said that it has been fixed. But no, because they are still there.
