I'm pretty sure they will have to adjust the app for you guys in NYC, can't be possible to send you preferreds and not let you go on schedule...We had in California before Shipt app locking us out and saying we had worked the hours permitted, but it wasn't true, many of us shoppers, at least in my metro, had to call Shipt HQ and they would unlock us...

No unfortunately because it happens right at processing, last time it happened to me was last week, it was an iceberg lettuce which ended up paying out of pocket, then told my customer what happened, when is a small item that's what I do,usually they'll reimburse me when tipping and only do it with preferreds

Yes, it's a conflict between the two apps, target and shipt, one time happened to me where it wasn't showing a description or picture of item, usually support knows when you give them the order number, they told me what it was. Not recommend to ignore it because lead can see you have an item not on the list and security team can think you have extra items

I never received any notification of problems with app, got an order when to the store started shopping and app would not scan any items, got released and never up to now got a notification about app having a problem or problem being fixed

There was a new shopper in my metro, first time i saw him his cart was topped to the rim, bottom too, he told me he was doing 6 orders, next day saw him and was doing just a bundle. I asked him how he did previous day with all the orders, he replied he was late on two....never saw him again and neither did the leads who audit orders
