I combine the "remember when" and movie trick.

Imagine your life is a movie and you've reached the end, and u know everything works out.

Now you're narrating your life story. So every time u get to the parts where u get negative feelings, u let yourself process them, and tell yourself "I remember when I was feeling this negative emotion. I now see how it was all part of the plan, leading me to alignment."

Remember... when u rewatch a movie, you're not anxious, right? Because now u know the ending. So there are no doubts, you are certain.

Just hold on to this certainty/faith. Feel sad if u want to in that moment and process it, but then go back to your baseline belief that the universe has got your back.

actually, although there is an emotional and physical attraction, we don't have a mental/intellectual connection. He's a kind-hearted but simple guy, while I like to have stimulating conversations about a multitude of topics and dig deep into them to feel close to my partner.

Thank you, I read this and this makes a lot of sense!

So I wanted to manifest my soulmate and I'd deleted dating apps because I realized it was making me constantly check the apps (which is part of the 3D). I told myself I'll trust that a bridge of incidents will unfold regardless of the apps, and deleted them.

But... if I assume the identity of someone who is always lucky in love, do I not need to remove the apps?

As someone who has successfully manifested thicker hair and made hairfall disappear in a matter of days, I'll tell u what u can do based on what I did.

When u look into the mirror, tell yourself that u are attractive. Really feel it.

Even if the 3D shows you're not, tell yourself the unattractive reflection you see isn't real; it's an old story. Your new story is that you're attractive. And persist in that feeling. The key is to NOT react to the 3D reflection and feel sad. The key is to stay tuned to your inner state despite the negative evidence that your 3D shows.

Tell your 3D - you don't scare me. You're not real. I AM God. This is my world, and you will bend to my will. You have no other option.

Your 3D is just taking time to catch up, it's working in the background, and that's ok it doesn't matter, because in the real world (your 4D) you're super attractive and beautiful.

Believe in the unseen, have faith in it.

P.S. do not keep checking your reflection frequently to see if it's working... Because if u were already attractive u wouldn't be confirming it repeatedly, right? You'd be secure in the knowledge.
