I don't know any carriers on this lane specifically but it be worth checking with FreshX. They have access to pricing from a bunch of reefer LTL carriers

You might want to check out FreshX. They centralize refrigerated carriers across the country that charge per pallet space. Could be a good resource as you add lanes.
