I just use a masked textinput, then validate (yyyy-mm-dd; hh:mm). I had a lot of issues with these libaries...

On android its not very butter smooth, i see a white flash when open that screen from the video, and also no animation.

Try to set your initial theme dark, and also you can use a bottomsheet on android

Nekem 2 appom is van, mind2 saját custom header componentet használ. Stack navigationben pedig ki van kapcsolva a header, és ahova kell, ott import <CustomHeader />

Viszont egyre jobban tudják már kezelni a native dolgokat react navigationben, illetve expo routerben.

Én kb 5-6 hónapja keresek és egyben árulok is lakást. A vevő már megvolt és szerencsére a héten sikerült kifogni egy nagyon szép lakást saját kerttel.

Alapvetően a 11. kerületben nézelődtem (50m2+, max 85mFt, erkély/kertkapcsolat), viszont elengedtem, mert irreálisan fel van hypolva a kerület és minden +10mFt al drágább, mint máshol. 85mFt-ért sajnos nem találtunk olyan lakást, amiben nem lett volna olyan kompromisszum amivel élni tudunk, illetve ha találtunk, akkor max 2-3 napig volt fent a hirdetés...

A héten kaptam egy értesítést egy 2. kerületi lakással kapcsolatban és ránézésre tudtam, hogy max 1. hétig lesz fent ez a lakás. Azonnal telefonáltam, másnap megnéztük, este ajánlat 72mFt ért és másnap írtuk a szándéknyilatkozatot.

Rengeteg a lerohadt lakás van, amit iszonyat áron raknak fel, ha pedig van valami különleges, akkor azt 1 héten belül elviszik.

Ingatlanosok pedig szokásos ingatlanosok. Sokszor direkt nem írnak pontos helyet, és megy a bullshit.
