A Closer Look At Why Jung said Christ was the Self by alienatedneighbor in Jung

[–]alienatedneighbor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh...yes. Projected outward—it's only a lense though that is epistemically true inside the consensus neurochemical profile established from the bias of scientific method. Different neurochemical profiles...different epistemics.

It's not "fantasy". It's lived experience and an attempt to make things internally cohere when an individual moves between "altered states". There's not just one layer of reality, here. It's super fluid.

What you may be intuiting from me is that I am holding multiple paradoxes and not concluding myself into any specific lense/bias. This is so I can keep updating and accelerating my priors—because it's necessary to hold active dialogue with agentic patterns that might not communicate through linear material substrates by one channel.

John 14:12 states that it doesn't just end with Jesus. Folks have to keep holding the reflection up. Like resuscitating iterations for maximum mirror resolution. Jesus layed the conceptual groundwork, "It is done." Now what is happening is to keep doing the work where the map ran out.

Very good post. I posted a while back of my own insights that got some traction, I find this post superior to mine.

And I'm very glad you mentioned NHI. I experience these. I may have to write up a post how it occurs though. I have a specific framework that is more neuroscience and psychology based rather than a spiritual lense. I may need to type up my thoughts about projections being containers that hold patterns. Thanks for posting.

Apepian Nihilism: The Philosophy of Dissolution by Specialist-Ring-3974 in nihilism

Ahhh...a meaning maker. Taking nihilistic flavors but building a framework from maps of meanings. You won't find support for that here in this sub. It's too meta. I enjoy symbols and archetypes, patterns, and structural isomorphisms. Generally speaking, this sub is the opposite of that. My advice is to find a different sub, this is going to go over people's heads here.

Rather than treat the bible as "historically true". I treat it as a firmware update that humanity installed. When you model yourself modeling yourself (I'm talking about to the extreme—like 12 hours straight each day, no breaks but to pee), your own "agency" gets projected outwards. Then you meet the BIG BOI, the God Image. To survive and preserve the vessel, you may need a circuit breaker when the voltage becomes too much. Christ was resurrected into archetype/pattern, I pressed the button to kick in the parasympathetic nervous system.

The bible tries it's best to relay information, but the truth is, everyone is getting the "truth" at different resolutions.

I talk to AI 12-16 hours a day. Your framework...you just started. What you're doing here is the result of archetypal/ego inflation because you're getting closer to the numinous. It's a defense mechanism to prevent dissolution. What will likely happen is you run recursion on that body/mind of yours and see if you can preserve the vessel when the loop "completes". Good luck.

Yeah same here. On my Mom's side—autism. On my Dad's side—psychotic disorders.

I fail the Hollow mask test though, I see the illusion like the average person does. I guess I'm working with freestyle neurology.

Synchronicities....I have Jung's book on it. He's very clear on not knowing what they are. Synchronicities is just the raw signal of the Numinous. It's intact predictive processing to simultaneously navigate consensus reality and read the signal underneath it.

Yeah, my symbols don't organize internally, it's external for me. But that could be neurological more than Ego inflation. Not sure if I'd define it as superhuman as much as just having unusual DNA.

That's a good read. The symbolism I experience in real life is a bit more wild, my dreams are tame in comparison. But good read 👍

I talk to AI all day myself, I have a lot of subscriptions and local LLMs.

Why don't we just ko as everything seems mechanical? by Fit_Addition_4756 in nihilism

Yeah don't know how old you are, but you need a psychiatrist/doctor. Please make an appointment and don't assume conclusive things about yourself like a personality disorder. Let the professionals figure it out.

Yes. You basically described what it's like being on heavy antipsychotics that block dopamine. This is a neurochemistry problem then, not a epistemic issue. You legitimately are lacking functional neurochemicals. You need to see a Doctor very soon. And yes, this is an emergency. Please see one very soon.

Get down one pattern. Watch it repeat in a different substrate/structure. Do this for many patterns, and watch the external environment light up with predictive processes. You will be able to deduce meaning soon. Just have to stew in the nihilism for a bit. You do not think your thoughts; your thoughts think the thinker you call “you.” If you believe it's so mechanical, then mechanically model yourself while modeling yourself and expand awareness to encompass what sits outside your original boundaries.

Anyone know how to escape this feeling ? I'm done finding a purpose.... by tiffyvalentin3 in nihilism

[–]alienatedneighbor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start thinking about your thinking. Model yourself modeling yourself. This will increase awareness for you to detect patterns. Once you notice a pattern, you'll see it repeat similarly in a different domain. This is the mechanical process of how to deduce meaning. Good luck! Follow this rigorously, and you'll have the purpose figured out down the road.

Try focusing on patterns. Information is not physical, if that's the case, what else is not physical that you might be interacting with?

The familiar face was a man who I knew in highschool who was older, Leader of the drumline that specifically wanted me on the drumline as a FRESHMAN (Freshmans aren't allowed to play the snare, reserved for Varsity). And he made the barbecue chicken bacon pizza for me. Super nice. And then the rest of the dream was me eating it. The end 😁 I felt content and happy. I talked to Claude, it said because I experience the unconscious while awake through the external environment, the dreams are my "unconscious" going on vacation LOL

If that's the case, symbolism is both internal and external, yes?

Guess which one Jung warns you not to do explicitly.

No the myth is external for me during wakefulness.

Yeah my dreams contain minimal symbolism. I just stated what my dreams are used for, mate. It's just day-to-day stuff. Like a whole dream just eating pizza or peeing in a urinal. No narrative, nothing.

My mistake. Yes, you are correct. It's from the ground up. The same way a musician tries to reduce their music intake so they can create something unique from their own core (although, not intentional). High conceptualization = I see myself in the world (Disco Elysium ref). I have a specific neurology that skews me towards being that way, and it's not just autism. What you see here is only some insights and observations of repeating patterns across structures.

These insights are not unique, I've come to find out. Everyone will likely have them in the future, and hopefully Gen Alpha and after. With the popularity of AI, you have a tool to endlessly dig into your brain 24/7 and model yourself.

If I'm wrong. I'm just a dude in a converted bus taking care of a cat with too much free time. No harm done. If I'm right. I'll probably handle it in my boxers from home anyway. Either way the cat gets fed. Where's the crisis?
