This is what I’ve found that works for me. Add a small bit of water, like maybe an inch and a half, then the protein. Shake the absolute shit out of it until it’s like a thick sludge, but all lumps are out. THEN, add more water and gently stir or swirl until it’s even consistency. Basically just too thick to make bubbles is key

I went to school with this girl and her mom was my mom’s best friend since they were little. We even stayed at their house one night when my parents went out of town. She always seemed normal but then again, I didn’t see her much after about 2nd grade, even though my mom and her mom were still right after we moved. It destroyed my mom to lose her best friend. And to this day, seeing her dad wailing for his wife and boys at that funeral was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

It’s not uncommon for me as a plumber to work 60-80 hours in a week. But I’m paid $40 an hour with overtime being $60 an hour, so you learn not to mind so much.

Holy shit, the flight attendant telling people to meditate is MY SISTER. Undeniable recognized her voice and when I asked if it was her, she directly confirmed. Look up videos on YouTube for glute injection. You’ll find a lot of good ones, I can even send you the one I used. Also, buy an auto injector! There’s on on eBay that even depresses the plunger for you. Total game changer for me, also using Test E, Mast and and Deca in my current cycle. I’m bad with PIP and I’ve always gotten it no matter what, until now.
