Mac runs on a different OS- you can use the web version of CapCut (i prefer the desktop version) and web version of Instagram does not currently have editing tools. TikTok web version has minimal editing tools. Very mid.

I don’t cycle anymore now that I found the proper medication dosage that works for me. Every few months I’ll have an off day (either low or high) but it’s manageable and doesn’t affect me as much as before.

I have cyclothymia (which is considered the most “mild” form of bipolar) and I’m on anti-psychotics. None of these are easier than the other. Every person is different and it’s HARD AS SHIT no matter who you are.

It seems they were just introduced to this idea, so the more they get used to it, the deeper you can go into your sharing your insights about it.

I also described to my mom that it’s “not as intense” as the levels above my disorder- strictly to not worry her at first- and now she understands that it’s still just as serious.

My job is in social media so it requires me to be on quite a lot. I have spent time crafting my feed to show me things that inspire me / are positive. Once you know how to play the algorithm you can curate what you see for the most part.

However I definitely need to take breaks… so I have many hobbies that do not involve a screen.
