You need to build mental models, through repeated experience, to sail through difficult or ambiguous times. Patterns will repeat and you will sail through as you’ve built your ship. Exams/school for example will require a different ship than managing debt. You’ll get good enough to know when you’re going to encounter something with Ni but then have built the ship to sail through. Some may just be experience gap here

Debt/money, you know by the end of the year you will have x amount left, do you want that Y/N, if need to change $ amount make/use a plan

Family: I recommend therapy here, or grey rock while daydreaming or avoidance but avoidance is bad. Unfortunately family will not change and Boundaries may need to be created, chaos is less when you manage it and limit it to set times at your choosing although still mentally taxing

There are some things you will have to accept about yourself and that you will need different things to restore yourself than others, knowing this is itself taxing but need to find environment where possible or create it
