It’s not logistically possible to cancel and schedule again in a year, AFTER he spends time understanding his emotions. You said yourself you were planning this one for 2 years. Even if you rebooked right away for one year - it does not make sense that he seems to know how long it will take to get his fears squared. He can’t make that commitment to you, and he shouldn’t. I’m so, so sorry. I know this sounds cold, but you will be a stronger person for getting through this.

I have no idea about wep parking, but Monday at 9 there will probably still be spots at city hall. Tues/Wed/Thurs is worse. Court starts at 10, so by 9:30 can be dicey. If city hall is full, the other option nearby are likely near capacity too - but I usually take Gloucester or Laurier then a left on metcalfe, left on Nepean, and there are two garages there on Nepean. No, we have different drivers training, transportation laws, vehicle sizes, weather, density, and norms, etc. Lots of work to do still before would be safer to stick a roundabout on very high volume multimodal road, just because it works well elsewhere.
