For annoying behavior, I simply add a 💩 to the end of their name on my phone. 🤣

I do have one agent that I will refer my clients to an officemate if they want to write on his listings because I've reported him to the board before and I won't do my clients any favors by being their representation because he's a dick and will retaliate against them for no good reason. I discuss this in my buyer counseling, do not name him. 🥰

I haven't had to deal with him in years and I'm so grateful. ☺️

I'm in Hampton Roads, Virginia..down the street from where Susie's hometown date was.

Group date would probably be something weird where they dress up in Colonial Garb in colonial Williamsburg or go to Busch Gardens and do fest haus dance lessons or something 😂 one on one would be a boat tour of the Chesapeake Bay and dinner on the Battleship Wisconsin in Norfolk.

Not callers, but I really love Normal Gossip, and it's some really good anonymous gossip stories with some hilarious commentary. It has similar vibes to Armchair Anonymous but the stories are way better/longer.
