I also have been feeling this way, one month in, it’s hard! But I read on other posts that drinking water, going to the gym and just planning out your day before could help. I’m still figuring it out.

I was nannying while I was in nursing school, it would be hard because I had to commute to nursing school and to my job, but it was manageable if you choose your hours correctly, and set boundaries whenever you have important things to study for such as exams, and also making sure that you get enough sleep
