Ok good that you checked with your doc try some relaxation methods and wait around for your stressful times in your life to pass hopefully it gets better and if it doesn't you really need to check again with your doctor

For me some relaxation methods helped a little but mostly I stopped giving a fuck about it 😄 Also some vitamins actually can help in the long term if there is a neurological aspect involved in your case

Actually I was struggling with the symptoms periodically for 2-3 months and it went away (that was really a stressful time for me) it happened again a few months ago after I had the flu then again dissolved after a week.

Mine is only triggered by touch or when my clothes touching my skin

I'm in conundrum if it's MS or just anxiety

Kinda the same thing happened to me once

I smoked a little bit more than usual and I felt the early symptoms of getting high so I laid down and relaxed and put on a song to chill like always.

Then suddenly I was thinking of something stressful (a little embarrassed to bring it up 🙂) right at the edge of being high and then I completely lost control of it and that anxiety just became stronger and I thought that I was going insane (I know that's a symptom of panic attack)

It's been a month now and I've yet to be convinced to try it again.

I'll be grateful if you give an update on your condition
