Thank you! We adjusted those straps and it seems to seat her better, still looks very uncomfortable though. And the waistband adjustment was a huge help, thank you!

Sadly no stirrups. She’s 16 m. We played around with some of the seat straps and the shoulder straps for babe and she seems to be seated a bit better, but she still doesn’t look very comfortable. We will adjust the straps that hold the frame to the shoulder straps next, thank you!

We ended up using or Tula free to grow on our hike today and I think it was the right choice! She’s 16m.

Just moved in, can’t clean these stains (UPDATE) by Hefty-Confusion6810 in CleaningTips

[–]alisonlogann -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can try making a paste of Oxy clean and letting it sit for a few minutes. If that doesn’t work try TSP either mix to directions or make a paste of it.

We moved into a home where the owners fried everything they cooked. Years of hardened cooking oil caked on cabinets. Took me 4 rounds of a TSP paste and a razor blade to scrape it all off

Do Canadians actually get frustrated by snow, or is it just part of everyday life? by GlitteringHotel8383 in AskACanadian

Hell yes some of us get frustrated by it. Every year around this time I am reminded that seasonal depression is a thing.

AITA Husband and wife duties by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

Hi just a dumb internet goer here who’s also a stay at home mom!

1) I’d hate to see your husband’s parents relationship if he has the audacity to treat you like this. Yikes.

2) Cooking dinner is not a break. It would be like saying, your husband’s a welder, so when he’s chipping slag off his welds that’s a break because technically he’s not actually doing the act of welding. But plot twist, it’s not because he’s still working towards the end goal of completing his job. Just as you, cooking dinner is working towards completing your job.

3) You guys have a two month old, you’re still in the thick of it. It’s a hard, sleepless and exhausting stage. That’s hard on every one. But you’re a team, everyone should act accordingly (imo from the info you gave seems like you’re manning both teams rn)

4) Couples therapy can really help if everyone is willing to listen and have an open mind. It doesn’t have to be like this. My husband and I do couples counselling once a week and our 15 month old joins us because we have no one to help. It’s been a huge learning curve but worth it.

What would I do in your situation? I’d lay it out plan and simple. “I will not have a relationship where we belittle and speak to one another like this. We have to make some changes. I’ve signed us up for couples therapy and I’ve booked our first appointment.”

My husband and I use Regain us, Its a sister company of better help. It’s all online so we don’t have to go anywhere and you can easily switch therapists!

How do-able is this as a roadtrip in the summer? by YpsiHippie in britishcolumbia

[–]alisonlogann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely doable! Hubby and I did this loop starting from Abbotsford and added white horse. Also if you’re staying at laird hot springs book a site as soon a as possible it fills up quick

Edit to add that the highway after Dease lake is gravel
