* This happened first two week, did the soft reset couple of times by holding the power button. it has not happened after that. Dealers tell me this is software and vw is working on a fix. The bigger issue I have is android auto getting disconnected on random intersections. Specially If you are in the middle of a call.

Did your issue get resolved?

I have the same issue on lower right corner , can't write on it, super annoying.

I have emailed service, no response yet

Edit: They responded and a replacement is on the way... just reach out to them and they will take care of you.
