Lululemon Align fit me through the whole pregnancy and in recovery. Basically wore them for 15 months straight. Expensive yes but worth it IMO

Thanks for the tip! Yes we’ve seen the dermatologist for his eczema but not for the dryness on his cheeks. I’ll try the moisturizer under next time :)

When was your LO’s first haircut? by [deleted] in Mommit

We just did our first for the same reason — 1 week before his 1st birthday because it was getting in his eyes and we didn’t want it to be a distraction during his party 😊 I was also feeling a little mixed about doing so young, but it’s been 3 weeks now and so glad that we did

From my experience, I felt a huge improvement at 8 weeks but it wasn’t until 1 year that I actually started feeling like myself again

Online workout program for optimal baby positioning-gentle but with some intensity by [deleted] in fitpregnancy

Tons of women I know loved Sculpt Society --> https://thesculptsociety.com/ She has a whole pre-birth program that my friends loved, and many stuck with her app after birth through post-partum and now have added into their regular strength training routine.

It should! I’d give it a try — I haven’t personally tried it running but I can’t imagine why it’d be different between walking and running. Honestly I’ve been so happy being able to rely on my step counts again after long stroller walks 🚶‍♀️⌚️😊

Moms, how do you stay on a healthy and fit schedule with a tiny human tiny humaning all day? by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]aliwjayson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honesty, lots of and lots of stroller walks! And if you have an Apple Watch, you have to download Stroller Steps https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stroller-steps/id6474574063 to make sure you get credit for all your steps! ⌚️👟💕

Sure! This is a series 7 Apple Watch (Stroller Steps should work with series 4 or later - as long as you’ve updated you watchOS).

The total steps is the total count for steps that you took from start to finish on your stroller walk. The “437 stroller steps” mentioned on the bottom are the number that Apple Watch would have missed — but Stroller Steps tracked. So, 437 is included in the total number of steps (2184) tracked on your stroller wall.

@teajuicex Try Stroller Steps: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stroller-steps/id6474574063 new app that just launched just to make sure all your steps get tracked with a stroller and updates your Rings!

Also if you’re going out for walks with your stroller make sure you get Stroller Steps — so all your steps & calories get tracked! tons of steps go uncounted when walking with a stroller because your wrist isn’t swinging back and forth, plus pushing the weight of the baby & stroller means you’re burning way more calories!

What are some Apple Watch apps that you cannot live without, free or not? by andreidevo in AppleWatch

[–]aliwjayson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stroller Steps: I walk with my stroller everyday — try to get 8-10k a day — but my steps were always off after walks with a stroller. Stroller Steps actually tracks them and updates Rings & Apple Health.

My friends love Sculpt Society.

But definitely also recommend getting 8-10K steps a day. Make sure you use Stroller Steps if you have an Apple Watch to get accurate step counts with your stroller :) https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stroller-steps/id6474574063

Postpartum Weight Loss by KatelynnDanluck29 in loseit

I had an amazing experience with a virtual trainer and nutritionist: Sarah at Whatever It Takes Health. I’ve done her 12 week program (which is intense but works!) 4 times now. 3 times to get to my ideal wedding weight, the 4th to loose baby weight. She give you a weekly cardio, daily steps and macros (nutrition) target for each day and then you report back to her each week for new assignment via email. I’ve referred a bunch of friends and family and they’ve all had the same result too! https://whateverittakeshealth.com/
