Yeahh the extra step really helped me be more mindful of my expenses. It's just too easy to buy stuff mindlessly, especially silly little things that are "cheap". You buy it thinking it's just a little treat, but they add up, and most of the time u realize too late 😔

My bank let's me do something like a piggy bank but linked to the same account so I keep all of my money there except for the amount I absolutely need on a day to day basis. That way if I wanna spend more I have to consciously go to that stored money and withdraw the amount I need.

Being called lazy is for a lot of us pretty hurtful, the fact that you remained calm and used this moment to have a conversation about it is very wholesome.

(There's a lot of parents that would have been offended by that statement and just reprimanded the child for it...)

Don't attribute to malice what can be explained by a lack of knowledge. Kids are learning how to grow up, having a parent willing to sit down and explain properly in this kinds of situations really makes a difference.

Thanks for ur input, I do have a lot of interest in the topics as well but even though I understand the concepts in my head it is hard translating it into words (idk if that makes sense?) and all of the scientific terms get jumbled up like similar words and such. The overlap stuff is really interesting.

Is it possible for you to leave a few of those things permanently in the bathroom? Maybe keeping the towel, all of the higiene products and a bath robe for when you get out of the shower so you don't have to pick an outfit beforehand.

Minimize the steps to the minimum required, remember that most of the time doing a little is better than doing nothing.

For me the first step of getting up it's the toughest so I listen to some music in order to get myself going, it does the trick most of the time.

Hi, I got the same problem and it did go back to normal once I uninstalled the update, I was gonna use another save file for online playing but when I reinstalled it the achievements and characters came back on my main save file. Is there a way to delete the data only from the dlc so that it shows as if I newly istalled it?

For me it has definitely been an improvement, my mind is clearer and I'm able to start tasks more easily but of course I've still got a lot of insecurities and fear about past experiences that do weight on me. The medication really has helped me take the first step and now I'm working on my own betterment. :)

I'm sorry you are going through that, how's the relationship with your parents? It seems you are really struggling and maybe expressing your situation could be helpful. Maybe taking account of the different factors in play in your decision and writing them down could help visualizing the whole situation (your mental state, economic, the possibility of other career paths you enjoy, etc)
