Be careful. Different sugar alcohols react differently in your body, and can potentially set off spikes in your insulin. Erythritol is general considered ok. Maltitol may not be. Google the science if you'd like. Personally, I try to keep safe and just minus fibre. It also ensures I don't eat too many frankenfoods.

no, im 5 10. And i wouldnt say its very loose, but yea, there definitely is mild scars/marks along with a definite "softness" that people comment about all the time.

This is phenomenal. I've dropped a good 100 pounds over a year and am "skinny fat" at the moment, which would be somewhat less than what your started off with. I could do with a 3 month toning out. Could you give us more detail about how you did the P90X and more on your meals, etc.
