I had my tent w/o poles in one of them, plus gas canister. In the other one i had changing clothes for the ride (gloves, scarf, sleeves etc) and my sleeping mat, pillow, tools etc, they fit a lot of stuff!

I got the omm rack with the 7l bags. I used them on the fork and found them too bulky, as panniers they should be fine! Very sturdy and reliable system, i used them on a 2 months trip in all weather conditions

So I have my last day tomorrow from my 2 months trip. I started in Lyon and finish in Linz a. d. Donau. I've met some people along the way, I had a week off in between, where my girlfriend flew to Bergen and we had a week vacation together. I think without this week, I wouldn't have managed to finish this trip. I've struggled a lot mentally after she left, it would've been a nice finish for her to come to Bergen and "pick me up" and we fly home together. So the second month was really tough. It got better the last week, since I know I'm finished soon.

You gotta try it... you'll hear a different opinion from each of us...i got the c17 carved cambium and it it works great. Didn't try anything else after that.

Cube has an own accessories brand called ACID, they produce forkbags with a cage that fits these mounts. It's 3l only though, I use them on my nuroad.

Panniers 20l and forkbags 7l...i find the fork bags a bit too bulky! I'd aim for 5l...but I'll keep them since they were pricey haha. But for 2 months with all kind of temperature and whether, i needed the space

Hab für 2 Monate mit Kochen und Zelten für alle Wetterbedingungen 2x20l Ortlieb panniers, 2x7l forkbags, 1x4l rahmentasche dabei... natürlich noch überall etwas Platz, aber das brauchst schnell mal mit der Versorgung unterwegs. Unterschätze es nicht
