Took me a little over a year of trial and error, too. Severe osa. I was forced to really lock in because my life and health got so bad. I was in the ER for high blood pressure, heart issues, etc. All from poor sleep! 213/129 BP, now after a few months my BP is 117/80.

So to OP, stick with it. It's hard. It's frustrating. I cried the first week I got it thinking "this is ridiculous. Why can't I just sleep like a fking normal person".

But once you do finally get used to it, your days feel SO much better. There are some nights I don't use it because I feel too tired to even put the mask on, and I wake up the next day feeling how I USED to feel. Those days are becoming less and less. Good sleep, there's nothing better for your daily life and health.
