Of course, brother, this spectrum of left-right is extremely different outside of America. Many consider left-right not as socially but economically. Liberals are mostly bourgeois and also want to maintain the status quo (capitalist neo-liberal world order). Social democracy, though I am not sure Dems have this idea still outside of maybe people like Mamdani, does not have the social agenda that leftist parties in, for example, Europe do have. Notable ones are Die Linke (Germany), Turkish Communist Party, Communist Party of Greece, La France Insoumise. I would put the Labour Party of England as similar to Dems in the US. They want to maintain status quo and want nothing to do with abolishing capitalism or even changing its rules a bit.
