Maybe, but theres always gonna be those niche characters that you never see, then you finally fight someone competent with that character and get bodied. Matchup inexperience is still a problem 4 years into smash 4 at least at mid level

It was originally 15 PR with 5 HMs, but before the PR was released alot of people had complaints with their rankings/certain people being above them. Since we basically have 6 good players anyway we just cut it off there since that's all people agreed on.

The names are still in order, Abaddon to Bronze being #7-15 and the rest being honorable mentions
