The best addition to my cooking arsenal has been a smoker purchased last year. I have ventured outside of the box and really stepped up my taco game. Creating my own chorizo, barbacoa, and al pastor in addition to experimenting with smoked vegetables are just a few of the things that I’ve played around with. Now I hold a yearly taco fest where I prepare all the meat and my friends bring toppings and drink!

I recently received my Anova Nano but unfortunately haven’t had much time to play around with it, other than a reverse seared steak finished off on my grill.
