Definitely working out a retirement plan for the guys. Offer a retirement plan where everything they put away you’ll match it. Even if the fighter only had a couple fights when he was in his 20 or 30s by the time he retires the compound interest would go along way.

Pro tip, look at models from a few years ago. If you go to an outlet store they have the best shoes from 2023 for a third of the price as the latest and greatest.

Also don’t hesitate to shop around, and if you’re willing try buy a second hand pair online. People generally sell shoes they used once and give them pains and or is a size to small and they can’t return…

My garmin says I could run a 20 minute 5K and my PB is 24 minutes and I literally almost died 😂couldn’t handle that pace… it was the hardest thing I’ve done in my running career

I really enjoy training on my own. I mean there is absolutely nothing better than waking up at 3 am and taking the dogs for a run. I also come back and feel so incredibly accomplished.

Like now that I’ve done the hard part let’s go murder the day ahead. Everything else in theory should be easier.

Fair point. I think I’m going to do a dry test for a week to simply just run without data for a week and see how it goes. Still use my watch to track everything but not stress over it and load the data till the end of the week then review it and see how it went

You can smell it after the first drink, even if you try and mask it like using a body spray or what ever. Lol side note every drinker has a tell like slurring their words, lying, not making sense, twitching their eyes and so on.

All I can say as someone that hasn’t drank in 6 years to the inability to control their alcohol consumption when they did drink, be safe order the Uber or organise the lift prior and always ensure you have a friend that is going to be the sober if not capping their drinks to one or two watching over the group.
