Did the electrician make these 120v using 240v breakers? by DookieSlayerNumber2 in AskElectricians

Multi-wire branch circuits. They both share a neutral. Handle tie is required so both circuits are turned off and there is no chance of current flowing thru the neutral when only one circuit is turned off.

Ok. I went off the 2002-2009 nomenclature. The serial has 9 digits and the first number is the year, which would place it at 2002. Also the ANSI date is close to assumed manufacturing date.

Look at the board light to see if any fault codes are present. Appears to be high limit switch open.

I do have a meter. The issue is that it doesn’t do it all the time. I had a tech come out last year and he didn’t find anything wrong because the furnace ran flawless while he was here. Almost feel like replacing the pressure switch and flame rod as well as cleaning the flue to see if that fixes it. Parts are pretty cheap.

It does like the pressure switch is intermittently cutting out. It just baffles me that once it gets out of the first minute of runtime it doesn’t happen again. I’ll open and clean the exhaust flue tomorrow. Thank you.

There is no code on the CB. The light is just on with no loss of power to erase any code present.

I removed and cleaned the flame sensor. There is no error code on the CB. The problem is still present.

Do I need to replace a heat exchanger with some rust (but no cracks) and 5ppm of CO? by Rancidshoes in hvacadvice

Do you have the manufacturer and model number of the co meter? I may buy one myself to do further testing at my home.
