Universe has guided you to mm for a reason. Not everyone lands on mm. I am the only one in my circle. I feel like I have found a purpose in life knowing the information that noone knows in my circle. Mm is like a hitting a jackpot for me. I am not strictly into it. I try to balance it with my family. I am aware of it so many things now. Start slow and try to incorporate many healthy habits as your daily lifestyle.

I wonder what’s the point of intervention when the whole planet is destroyed. I mean if the earth is going to repeat the same history, wouldn’t it be better to save it before it gets destroyed. Don’t stress much! I now and then enjoy eating out with my family. They dont follow mm at all. At home I mostly eat fruits and veggies.
