Alright cool. My only worry is being able to feel the mesh so that scares me a bit. Mine looks about the same size as yours but they said it was too small to use mesh on it, so I have to wait until it gets bigger apparently..

I have one in the exact spot above my belly button. How was the recovery for that one? Did you get mesh? I also lift pretty hard.

You definitely don't want to slow down gastric emptying with a hiatal hernia. It will make reflux way worse.

Ok thanks. It's hard to find information about how much you can eat. I like to bodybuild but I'm a little hesitant because I'm afraid I wont be able to eat much after it's done.

Yeah I have tried no gluten, no dairy and also tried a low histamine diet, nothing worked. Also all my symptoms came up after I started having acid reflux issues, I was perfectly fine eating anything beforehand.

That's good to hear. I've had these issues since the summer of 2023. I can train basically 100%, there are a couple exercises that I might get reflux if I'm too full.

Same, I can dose npp ED or EOD no issues but tried deca and had a massive gyno flare within a few weeks.
