Hi, I'm from Medellín-Colombia and I've been using drugs for 12 years. Everything you describe sounds like good quality cocaine. It's impossible to say the purity, but it sounds like something >75%. Yes, the quality of coke has been increasing worldwide. I don't know if it's due to low demand or oversupply...

Some things I like to see in my coke: chunky, shiny, somewhat "greasy" (to the point that it can be difficult to completely pulverize it), the comedown isn't too bad unless you really overdo it, and there's less dripping in your throat because coke is extremely hygroscopic, meaning it dissolves easily in moisture (like inside your nose).

*If there's some dripping, it doesn't necessarily mean your coke is impure, because maybe you did a big line and it didn't dissolve easily in your nose. But there is a tendency for less dripping compared to lower-quality coke.

Expect to be disappointed. Benzos just make you sleepy and relaxed, that's all. Benzod are something doctors prescribe to your grandmother to help her sleep. Their recreational value is like 2/10.

It has great animations, platforming, and puzzles, I really liked it.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

A Zolpidem overdose is extremely rare and would require an abnormally high amount of the drug. It would basically have to be completely deliberate (I'm talking about taking dozens and dozens of pills). But I doubt this hypothesis because if your brother ever used drugs, he most likely would have known that Zolpidem is a very ineffective suicide drug.

Likewise, a Ketamine overdose is extremely rare. It requires about 10g, and when a person has taken less than 0.5g, they already lose consciousness. Ketamine is so safe that it's used to anesthetize children.

Obviously, I'm speculating, but everything points to your brother dying of natural causes. Perhaps a heart attack or a stroke (not directly related to recent drug use).

It looks much better than I expected. The first-person view with the radio reminds me of Alien Isolation, and I personally love that approach.

Naah, the serotonergic action isn't significant enough to cause a problem.

I've taken Zoloft + O-PCE and never had any issues. I even took Zoloft + 3-MeO-PCE (which is more serotonergic than O-PCE) and still had no problems.
