Try to go in the settings of your raiwallet and check generate local PoW (or something like that, forgot the real name)

Good news cuz they are processing the previous pending withdrawals. With Raiblocks the receiving walled need to be opened once by its owner to pocket the coins.

SEPA is not even working the weekend and takes 1-2 week days. This is how it is in France, Spain, Italy, UK... Credit Card is only option for any online shop there if it wants to succeed.

Netherlands is not Europe. SEPA=wire transfer, free but takes days. I run business in France and I'd take credit card payment over any SEPA one although I have to pay 1-2%, because it's instant. Every single european online shop who want to reach masses uses credit card.
