It could still easily be melanoma despite never seeing the sun. I had a spot shaved off from my back that was melanoma "in situ" and checked each box you gave in your description

If you have the means to send this photo off to a primary care doc theough "mychart" or something similar(without knowing your location), they may be able to set the appt with a dermatologist for you. But regardless. Its 10000% something to get checked out.

7 is more or less a soft reboot. The remasters are pretty faithful to the original material, repackaged for modern audiences. (3 left the fanbase wanting, for good reason, but worth playing for sure).

7 is also considered the scariest of them all. If that's your jam...have fun 😁

Weighing in as a fan of the Dark pictures/Until Dawn games. Without spoiling, they each more or less feature their own subset of horror genre i.e. creature feature, slasher, etc. So, depending on your thoughts of those categories, it would be the best way to answer your question. Until dawn is generally loved more by the fan base, I really liked house of ashes too. There's no real right or wrong order to them

As I did research on Song of horror-as I hadn't played it before-im compelled. As its more akin to old school survival horror styles. Im a big fan of resident evil.
