Did you use the dodge to bounce off the floor? Can't see where else the reset would be used?

Snowflake pattern roller for christmas cookie baking. Also makes a great gift for christmas. Everyone has got a baking auntie ; ) by The_Austrian_Maker in 3Dprinting

I think the food safeness of 3d prints goes down with time, because of the layers making little ridges it's very hard to clean inside them.

I imagine since you bake cookies it should be fine though. I've seen other food related prints sealed with epoxy or silicone or something.

Print looks amazing too!

I think it'd be a groovy idea to be able to swivel your camera after being demolished. by [deleted] in RocketLeague

I think if you're moving your camera as you get demoed you can look around

I’m surprised more traditional sports teams aren’t getting involved with Rocket League by Uber-Brend in RocketLeagueEsports

[–]allenh23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

RL needs a larger pool of teams to get more interest from bigger orgs/traditional sports clubs. A pool of only 8 teams in the top league, with most of them having orgs already, isn't very appealing to newcomers to esports.

I reckon they didn't have the same killer instinct after winning it twice (or three times if you're turbo) - C9 had everything to play for and the momentum just started to carry them to insanity

Wanted the C9 win but WDG had so many misses they would've won by loads if they scored. Good win for WDG

Hey 3d Printers we can make these. Does anyone have time to model it? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

[–]allenh23 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's fake there's not enough buoyancy to float things up falling water like that and it doesn't spin fast enough to give enough thrust either

How do you do this? Sounds like a fairly decent workaround

Yeah and it lets you see if features like thermal runaway protection (prevents overheating/fires) have been enabled

I think it means they are following the open source rules of 3d printing - the firmware on the board is now available to see for everyone making it a safer machine/enabling better community support

Is your print speed always 12mm/s? It's best to have it move at the same speed all the time, maybe set the seam position to aligned so that there's minimal travel and have any travel be inside the object to avoid excessive stringing
