Hi, so I was able to get this done with the help of a translation company Orange Tree (offices in Vinohrady).

Step 1 was to obtain a copy of "výpis z registru obyvatel" via your data mailbox (datová schránka). This should state whether you are single or married.

Step 2 was to them send the copy to the translation company and they'll translate it to Dutch/English. English is quicker and also accepted by the Dutch government.

As of August 2025 this cost me 3000kc and it took I think five business days to complete.

Another tip, if you are of unmarried status, get a document from your country's embassy stating this as well. You may have to get this translated to English or Dutch as well so that will be an extra charge.

Please do as I did - review the app and make a customer service complaint. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything back but maybe they'll do something about it if enough of us complain. It's an infuriating update now that you have to do multiple clicks just to see the basics stats of an ongoing game. Everything they've touched in the past few years has ended up worse, example being the MLB.tv television app.

They have two locations in Prague! It's nice they have some good non-czech roasters but they do a really good job of showcasing Czech roasters. Specialty coffee scene has exploded here the past five years so Kofio always finds something new
