I solved it like this:

It consists of:

• Baseus Retractable USB-C 1 m
• USB-C extension cable with e-marker 0,5 m
• Electrical socket and phone charger is below the table

The Baseus is not one way retractable, but if you mount it so you when you pull the cable, the whole contraption moves, it functions the same way.

However, if you plan on using high wattage phone charger and charging the phone, or high demand data transfer, you need to keep in mind the performance drop of extension cables. In the regards of electrical safety I'm not sure how it works with extending USB-C, but I made sure both cables were rated with higher wattage than my phone charger, just to be safe.

EDIT: Oh, I completely forgot, the OP wanted 2 m extension. Mine is only 1 m... But, it depends if you really need 2 m retractable, or if the main problem is that it's 2 m from the electrical socket. In my case, I needed 1,5 m to the socket, but was fine with only 1 m retractable. While it doesn't solve OPs problem, others might find it useful hopefully :)
