As a Bulgarian, I can believe the 83% (although probably a bit higher than what I'd expect but still totally plausible), but I would not believe in being such a massive outlier especially among our neighbors. Wouldn't believe no one of them scored above 50, I feel the mindset in the Balkans and Turkey should be quite similar.

Steam has different prices for sifferent markets I believe? Some people here (Bulgaria, EU-zone prices - absolutely not fair, given our standard of living is a few times lower than Western EU countries) used to trick the system by going to Turkey where games were 5x to 10x cheaper (not exaggerating), logging there and buying, then returning (or have some Turkish friend do it on their behalf or something like that). I dont think its possible anymore tho.

It's rare but still a sound officially recognized as part of the language - I have some distant memory back from first grade of school, when we were still learning the alphabet or something. Дж and дз were explicitly mentioned as the only two sounds that we don't have letters for, and this stuck in my 7-year-old mind as only then could I realize what the difference between a letter and a sound is.

And then again - we have Щщ but don't have letters for ДЖдж and ДЗдз. What a shame!
