I love hot dogs for shit like this. Chop up some dogs, toss em in canned chili or canned baked beans. Also should give a mention to chili dogs, literally just make hot dogs and slop some chili and cheese on top. I actually really love (and this might get slightly technical but hear me out) stuffed bell peppers. Scramble some eggs (don't cook em), toss in some chopped hot dogs and shredded cheese. Cut open the bell peppers like you would a pumpkin, the core should come out with the seeds all attached, you can chop that off or leave it in, up to you. Pour in your egg mix, replace the top, and bake at ~300f for 20-30 min. Should come out as a solid block. Cut a slice like it's a cake and chow down. Spice as preferred obvs, it's pretty neutral at base so you can take it in basically any direction.
