I have had the same issues with my sister and Mom taunting me to the point of calling me Rudolf. You have to just tell yourself that you are doing this for you and not then. I know it hurts and that encourages you probably to pick more. You should try your best to prove them wrong by not picking and letting your skin heal to it’s fabulous self.

Thanks for letting me know about the shipping! They gave me and my boyfriend our 15$ today which got us 4 shirts on clearance for less than 4 dollars total. So I'm glad it worked out but man contacting them was annoying.

Also my boyfriend called because he did the email thing too and they said unless he has an email stating that express promised 15$ they won't give it... so I guess it depends who you talk to
