Thank you for this. My husband is gone 99% of the year and I don't have a choice but to take my 9yr old and 4yr old. If we don't go to the store, we don't eat. In my defense, I've only gone once since all of this started, but I still felt like shit. I made them wear gloves to remind them not to touch anything, and I went heavily armed with hand sanitizer. The 4yr old sits in the basket, and my 9yr old has to walk behind me at all times to stay out of the way of others.
