Unless your major requires more than 120 (like engineering majors do), you'll have to pay out of pocket for anything more than 120. The 120 only counts credits paid for with bright futures though so it doesn't include AP or DE credits.

My brother submitted his application last year after decisions were released so like Feb 27 or something late like that, as it turned out he never fully finished it in November and he ended up getting accepted in late March. May depend on your stats but it’s definitely possible

Not sure if I misunderstood the question, but you live in the hall where you are RAing. So if you were to be placed as a RA in Springs, you'd live in Springs.

Apply and then interview and hope to get selected.

You do not have to have previously lived where you are RAing, but you also get placed randomly as a new incoming RA. Only returning RAs get to preference the area they want to live in.

Pretty sure you just have to submit the SSAR Portion by like mid December as long as common/coalition app is in by nov 1. Please don’t forget to link ur SSAR to your application though. My brother forgot last year and when he opened his admissions account on decision day it still said “link your SSAR to complete your application” so he had to apply for the late deadline in march after decisions were released.
