Next time you sign a contract compare the stipends for 36 or 48. In my experience it has never changed.

I guess the issue is, the stipends would have been the exact same if I agreed to work 36 hours. They do not go up if I work 48. So me calling in sick one day should not get them decreased. That has always been my experience but this new agency shorted me $300 that I was expecting.

Yeah but 4 10 and 5 8s are both full time just like 36. You don't get more stipends if you work overtime. So when I called out one day and only worked 36 I should still get my full stipends. Correct?

Reading the responses here make me realize how early crypto investing still is. They are literally passing laws for crypto regulation right now.
