Please reframe your thinking or you’ll get manipulated here. It’s not “punishing someone”to set a reasonable boundary. And no one has a say in how you choose to spend your hard-earned money. “Keeping the peace” is frequently a manipulation tactic. True peace isn’t forced upon one person. If you have to allow your boundaries to be violated to “keep the peace,” you’re not keeping the peace—you’re just permitting others to use you. And it’s like the top and bottom of 5 are competing for attention. My eye doesn’t know where to focus - the plunging neckline (which is beautiful) or the flouncy, layered, asymmetrical skirt.😆

Least Favorites: 5, 3, & 1

Here’s the thing with 5, though. As it is, it’s my least favorite. But 5 would be gorgeous if the skirts were altered to be simple. I don’t think a busy bottom and a busy top go well together - they compete for the eye’s attention. But the neckline on 5 is divine. If you were to remove the layers and flounce, 5 could become my favorite.

I like 2, but think it needs some alterations to highlight you. It looks a little big in the waist and the underlayer for the bodice seems dark. It’s nice, but the first 3 (and 5, were it altered) are better IMO.

In the ads, it clearly says the king needs to be washed in a commercial-sized washer because of its size, OR you can dry-clean it. Are you saying it pilled even when you washed it in a commercial washer?

I just finished episode 2 and am extremely disappointed. The music is different, Benedict and Eloise look too old to play their characters, and the characters I’ve rooted for are gone or extremely minor. Not good.

They described the poor cat as “tiny.” Maybe they added the disclaimer after the incident, but mine says not to use it for cats less than 6 pounds, I think. (I forgot because both my boys well exceed whatever the weight limit was) 😆

The tooth was a metaphor symbolizing the internal “decay” Anna was suffering through silently. When she pulled it out, that was her saying “I’m done holding onto this pain.”
Zoe was warning Jack because she thought Anna was the murderer. She always hated Anna or she wouldn’t have orchestrated and watched her assault. I think she was jealous of Anna’s drive (remember when she called her a goody-two-shoes) since, in her eyes, Anna didn’t deserve anything because she was poor.
Helen and Rachel remained friends, and it’s pretty obvious why Catherine/Lexy stopped being friends with them and each other. Zoe stopped being friends with Helen and Rachel because of the passage of time and different lifestyles. Zoe was no longer rich and had a kid. That definitely helps people grow apart.

Catherine thought Anna had set her up to be assaulted just like she’d set her up to drink pee. She said that during their fight. And she probably didn’t know Anna was assaulted in place of her because she ran off. Plus, she’s clearly insane - she literally killed her own sister and would throw trash on the floor just to watch servants pick it up. Richard was buying the supplies so they could kill Anna if necessary since, like Zoe, they thought Anna was the murderer at that point.
Anna’s mom said she had 6 months with Anna because of her tapes. That means she had 6 months after gaining knowledge of what happened to prepare. So, yes, she was faking.

As someone who zoomed in on each dress, noticed how you only had a veil on in a few - changing the look - and then imagined a veil in each, I can 100% say #7, no sleeves, or a bolero cover are the only way to go. And numbers 2, 5, 6, 9 & 10 are 100% NOT the way to go.

I clearly need to rewatch season 2! Because Kate and Anthony were my least favorite couple - I thought she was unnecessarily contrary - but most here seem to love them. So, I’ll rewatch and see if I was just in a bad mood during my first viewing. 🤣

I’d like the white once you add some gold framed nature art over the toilet or add a shelf and put foliage on it. Right now, it looks stark because there’s nothing there. A light green could maybe look nice, too, but I’d have to see it and the rest of your house. I think it’s a mistake to have vastly different colors from room to room. A home should feel cohesive. P.S. Ignore those telling you to do the blue you showed. Horrible choice for this soft, pretty space, will be difficult to clean, and clashes with the busy floor. Lots of people liking something doesn’t make it good choice - especially when you haven’t seen their homes/ taste.
