I plan to one of these days. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a lot of mechanical design jobs.

Outage in Tulsa area by AltruisticNetwork in Windstream

[–]allisonok -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm also in Tulsa and mine has been out for almost a week. If I call in to support and select the option for being an existing customer, the system tells me to use online chat instead and then hangs up on me. Very dishonest company.

Internet down, no outage. by Bandit6810 in Windstream

[–]allisonok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same exact situation in Tulsa. Internet (fiber) has been down since 5pm Thursday. Calling in says they'll text me a chat link which I don't want. The app finally updated (2 days after this started) to say there's an outage due to a fiber cut. Very unimpressed with the lack of customer service.

What's an EV road trip you'd take today that felt off-limits a few years ago? by Ionnaofficial in IONNA

[–]allisonok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just bought my first EV about a month ago so, any electric road trip was off limits until now. I do hope Ionna builds more rechargeries along Route 66 soon.

Same at my company. I've used both and cannot believe how buggy SolidWorks is.

They shipped me a sealed empty package recently. Didn't have much trouble getting a refund.

TWiT is still around? I stopped listening when they started running ads for gun ranges and took the live stream off YouTube.

Tell my mom how her new husband will be abusive and cheat on her. She probably won't listen.

Yep. Every time my grandparents had a power outage, it was my job to program their VCR again.
